Win a Month’s Mortgage Payment Contest

Open to residents of British Columbia, Canada, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Void where prohibited by law.
Employees, contractors, affiliates, and immediate family members of Team Shashi Madan are not eligible to participate.
The contest begins on October 1, 2025 and ends on December 25, 2025, at 11:59 PM PST.
One winner will be drawn on December 25, 2025.
No purchase necessary.

Limit one entry per person. Duplicate entries may be disqualified.
The prize is equal to one month’s mortgage payment, up to a maximum of $5,000 CAD, whichever is lower.
Proof of monthly mortgage payment is required to claim the prize.
If the winner does not have a mortgage, an alternate prize of $2,000 CAD will be awarded.
Prize must be accepted as awarded; it is non-transferable and non-refundable.
Winner will be selected by random draw on December 25, 2025.
The winner will be notified by phone and/or email within 7 business days of the draw.
If the winner does not respond within 10 business days, a new winner will be selected.
By entering, participants consent to the use of their name, likeness, and entry information for promotional purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.
Organizer reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the contest if technical or other issues compromise the integrity of the contest.
Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or fraudulent will be disqualified.
Organizer’s decisions are final on all matters related to this contest.
